If Allan does put all those that he owes knives to on the creditors list for his bankrupcy it will destroy what reputation be has left. He will lose a lot more than any of the people that he owes knives to. I know one person in England that he has owed a knife to for over three years that is also an admin on a knife forum that Allan frequents. I think Allan will find that he has screwed himself far worse than he will have screwed others. Let's see if he really is stupid enough to do this.

Since Joe's last post demanding a refund, Allen has responded a few times. There were threats, name-calling, etc.. but I never saw the refund issue addressed.
So, I would like to know, either from Joe or Allen, if the refund request is being honored? "He is getting his knives" is not the answer I am looking for, because that is not what Joe requested. He has waited patiently for 4 years, and is entitled to a refund. So, I basicly want to know if Joe is getting the money back?
He is far more patient with this then I would be. I have had my problems with Allen in the past, and am trying not to jump into the bashing here. I made an agreement with Allen that I would stay out of the bashing, as long as he continued to live up to his agreements. He is not doing so, so I don't feel obligated to stay out of this.
I have been lied to and seen Allen lie to so many people in the past, I can't really take anything he says seriously. Promises of deadlines have come and gone many times over.
Allen, do the right thing and refund Joe's money. You should have done this years ago. If you don't, I would suggest Joe seeks any possible means of filing criminal charges against you. Your refusal to refund money after you broke an agreement is robbery. At this point, it has stopped being about the money and being about your horrendous actions. Step up to the plate and refund the man in full. If you add him to the backrucpy list, I hope he seeks every way possible of putting you in jail.

ok this is all i can do, I can either Make joes Knives and have all nine of them complet and shipped out this month , no Bullshit , no lies no nothing, just finished and done with and over this month. or i can repay him 100.00 to 200.00 a month if possible until what he paid me is refunded. I lost my job the end of last week due to them restructuring things and downsizing so at this point thats all i can do,,,,,,,,, Knives Gauranteed, no excuses, by the end of the month or 100.00 a month until paid back. its all i can do.
Also if it is possible i would like to send JOE his first Hundred dollars this week and i will provide a tracking number when i send out the money order.
it will be better to refund joe as i know he doesnt really care about the knives now, but i do not have the funds available to send it all at once, but i can start this week by sending the initial 100.00

Really I would like to ask the same question which everyone having done. But I think, AT LEAST He showed some good will, and We should WAIT AND SEE if the MO arrives, for 5-7 days.
