I Got Ripped Off!!!!!

Yep, I delt with Santos Cutlery once, and after about 8 emails, no returned phone calls and two months he FINALLY refunded my money. Guess I was lucky. The best part was that he charged my Pay-Pal account within hours of my placing the order- A month later and he hadnt even shipped it!

Worst service I have ever seen. DO NOT order from Santos Cutlery.

I got reimbursed!!!!

Finally , after 5 months of hassling, pestering and threatening, I finally got my money back!!!!!
 
That's good for you! If I don't receive my knife this week I will do the same thing to that guy & report him to the USPS for mail fraud!
 
I just find it so stupid that I had to work so hard to get my money back from this guy...

Hi guys,

I too have had a bad experience with him... i am a veteran eBayer, so SHAME ON ME that I didn't see all the warning signs before placing my order for 2 knives...

Still no answer from him, BidPay is no help whatsoever, so it looks like I am filing an FBI complaint...
 
It looks like a mirror of my ebay transaction with him. I had to file complaint with ebay. took two months to get my knife.

I would get a verification on the phone or ebay email to make sure knife in stock. no return of calls............I mean the exact thing happened.
