I got scammed - a warning to all!

OP - how do you know if the person who asked you for the $$/gift card is actually Kal-EI but not someone else?

Kal-El would not need to ship. He'd just drop it off in person a moment or two after payment is received.

But seriously:

the sophistication of scammers

is virtually non-existent. My email address is public on here, and has been for half a decade. I have received countless scam emails, and they are always obvious. Like Blues said, they are counting on someone to be in a rush and thus inattentive.

When it comes to your knives buddy, my attention is laser focused and I'm always in a rush!
