I have been treated very poorly here as a Registered User by mods...

I think poor Kiah's head was exploding as he held his tongue and was gracious in his replies!
I'm sure he would've enjoyed a hand, or 2, around OP's throat.
I thought that was a nice job on his part.

This could be much more serious than it first appears.................I'm not sure Obamacare covers severe butt hurt!;)

Nah, some people just like to be difficult. No point in taking these things personally.

Right now my head is just sweating a bit. Trying to get my ripe blackberries gathered up before the rabbits and birds get 'em all.

Edited out the content of all his other posts, as part of his tantrum. Very mature.

My favourite bit is where he said he was going to buy a membership higher than a craftsman membership but because of the big meanies here he won't. I wonder if he meant dealer or pirate...oh, no, he was just making crap up in an effort to make us feel like we lost something. Most people grow out of that one when they're about 11, but some never do.

Alas how will this place continue without him. After over two decades and millions of posts this will be how Bladeforums ends, not with a bang but with a whimper.[emoji57]

<<SNIP>> I do not feel I should be forced into paying for a membership before I get to know the community here, and the mods.

^---- This is my favorite line from the wall of rant. So, you've been here for almost exactly two years, and you haven't gotten to know the community or the rules? You don't know if you like the place enough to pay for a membership after two years?? Really? Buh-bye then!

Holy lol. I needed the laugh this morning

I took my Ford truck into the dealership this morning. As I waited in the customer lounge, I noticed that they had a few copies of this "Military Press" magazine scattered around on a few of the tables. I couldn't help but think of this pathetic whiner (the OP that started this thread). The future of this Nation, is in BIG trouble! :(

The HPIC got a much needed LOL, it was worth it to put a smile on Kevin's lips Thanks UEC, Spark might make you official Jester if you can keep him smilin' ;) .

Kiah, after reading your chronicle of discussion back and forth I am VERY impressed.

That's a cool head before the support you got in this thread. Props.

My membership is so valuable (invaluable?) here, I opt in for the three year span. If you are in 'business' it's a no brainer.

Respect.

Jim

I agree wholeheartedly. I'm just a lowly sharpener and in a whopping two days I've almost made back my subscription price and look forward to much more business in the future.

Thanks again BF.

Thanks, Jim. No point in getting riled over something like that.

The orange membership is a steal IMO.

Kiah is just a big old meanie, because he is doing a job and doing it well.

Kids today!
What blows me away every day dealing with these entitled brats is how they find it completely impossible to own up to a mistake. How hard is it to say.....my bad! Or, it won't happen again! Or that old classic....I'm sorry!
Been in my own business for close to 40 years. I am NOT perfect!! When I screw up and get a call back the very first thing I do is own it!! Admit the screw up and fix it for free.
It's amazing how an irate customer sweating their butt off from an A/C system not working, calms right down when you admit a mistake.
I have 3 boys, 27, 25 and 18, that will own a screw up immediately.
Not sure what the big deal is.
Ugh
Joe
