If you are trying to insinuate that I am a jerk or some other negative connotation, I would certainly beg to differ. I am an educated and respectful man. When someone unjustly criticizes me, I always feel the need to professionally correct them. You do not tell a grown man with two undergraduate and two graduate degrees, an incorporation, four years of active duty military duty experience, national level athletic status, and a host of other accomplishments, that they "NEED TO" do something directly after posting an "angry" emoticon. I respect others, and I inversely command respect from others. Rather than TELLING them what they NEED to do, you should politely ask them if they CAN. It is called "proper etiquette". And 65% of a value is an extremely simple calculation to figure out. If you cannot even do that, then I do not trust you enough for you to send me a Paypal payment and subsequently follow through with a smooth transaction. This is where you say "touche", and cease further argument.

Your qualifications do not grant you respect and neither does giving respect, sorry (which you by the way sorely lacked in your response to his mathematical "inadequacy" anyways). Actually nothing grants you respect other then the other individual's choice to give you that respect for whatever standard or reason. Saying you are respected by people is portraying you're own ideas standard principles whatever you wish to call it on others. I find it amazing that your statistical prowess allows you to plot patterns from a single instance thus deducing he cannot do math.

Sheep you are absolutely right, 3000 years old. If I am not mistaken there is a long detailed fossil record of humans in the stomachs of dinosaurs, and prehistoric creatures from where we used to roam with them.

Honestly; thank you for taking the time to create an actual, valid, and well-thought response. I must admit, I was having a TERRIBLE week when I posted that response, and was subsequently being a jackass. I just got into a very bad accident that totaled my car and my memory is still screwed up from it. The LAST thing I wanted to do was go through and find each one of my threads and put the price into the calculator. I only wanted to sell a few knives at the price, and didn't want to make a big deal of it.

And NOW before I officially switch to the JD forum and you guys lose one of the few members that has actually ponied up $200 for a Dealer membership... I have a final response in this ridiculous debate, lol...

I actually TRIED to be professional at first. But he kept shooting one-liners that didn't make sense and started to really irritate me. I do sincerely apologize. I should have been the better man.

Try it again my AUSSIE buddy (you realize it has another "S"...right?). Google changes constantly, so try adding another letter. It goes between "B" and "Bob". I just tried and it finished after "Bo". You'll find plent of publicity about myself. And you'll also notice that the top of Google shows my top four favorite songs that you can play if you click on them...and I can change them to whatever I want through Myspace. Show me another person's name that does THAT?

You started off fairly intelligent in the first part of your response. Then you quoted Richard Dawkins, lol...

What exactly IS a "proper" university? Does having the HIGHEST accreditation in the US qualify you? Or being the LARGEST, private, NON-PROFIT institution in the WORLD? Or being over 40 years old? Because Liberty is ALL of that. The coursework is EXTREMELY challenging and it is difficult to earn a good grade. The final week for most courses includes the submission of a very in depth 20 page research paper...and I have ~ one month of coursework to complete for my second masters in theological studies.

And YES, Liberty DOES have those fossils on display in their museum. HOWEVER; I have been with them for over 2.5 years (this is the 7th institution I have been admitted to btw...), and I have never ONCE been taught a young-earth creationistic model of history. Just because they are proponents of a SINGLE theory does not discredit an entire institution that has been giving degrees longer than most members of this board have been alive. The fact that they are dated at ~3,000 years old is not simply stating a concrete fact. If you would read between the lines, it also insinuates that the whole carbon-dating model is very inaccurate. And just because the fossils were carbon-dated at 3,000 years old does not mean they are exactly that old. It can also imply that fossils dated at 200 million years old may be COMPLETELY skewed, since our dating systems have such a great margin of error.

So without further adieu and "drama", I bid this forum farewell...off to JZD...
