I jus had my first warranty issue with Kerhsaw......AMAZING!

I e-mailed them that i needed new screws for my kimura balisong about 10 days ago, and they just arrived. But not only did they send me the srews, they sent me like 10 sets of them!
 
Haha, sounds like typical Kershaw service...

When I called them about a broken torsion bar in my tanto blur, they sent me four torsion bars, body screws, a couple pocket clips, a pivot or two and the tool to take the knife apart. :eek:

Now that's service :thumbup:

yeah it would be like, companies actually care about their customers that spend money, and want them to spend more later.
 
Remember this the next time someone says, "I wouldn't buy shch an expensive knife, my $5 __________ is just as good."

No, my friend, not nearly as good.
 
I love that about kershaw sure there are better knives but doesnt get much better as far as customer service is concerned top notch
 
Wow! That's an amazing service -- never knew they "anticipate" what you may need/require based on your complaint. Really liked the way Kershaw treated you, hope everyone learns something from them. Good luck.

Kershaw's customer service is hard to beat. They are some of the friendliest people you will ever talk to via email or on the phone.
