I like my Emerson Knife Models, but I wish.

Man you might need two hands to use it! Persian is already a pretty big blade. A super would be a folding sword:eek:

Nothing wrong with a folding sword ~ Emerson Scimitar? i have really big hands and a badly mashed finger on my primary hand. My existing Supers fit me really well.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm for it. I love my Super commander.

I have cut the snot out of myself with a super commander I had several times til I learned the fine tuning of the pivot. I miss that old knife. It was a Tadgear special edition true satin finish blade.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I wish all Emersons were tapped for lefty carry. I am right handed, but carry a knife on my support side (left). Some of the designs would also benefit for some scalloping or a dished out area on both sides so that lefties could access the thumb-disk more easily (I loved the CQC-7 except for this issue. Even if I had got it lefty tapped, there was just not much access to the disk). This may not be too feasible due to the liner-lock design, but a man can dream right?

I suppose I could have just bought a left model, but those aren't too easy to come by and the models are limited.

I love my CQC-7A, but I wish that Emerson would offer models with canvas micarta handles as standard equipment.
Start with the Commander, CQC-7, and the CQC-8 and see how that goes. Then open it up to other models.

I'd trade my left nu... errr.... hand for a production CQC-9. A full dress eagle would be my ultimate grail knife. I'd settle for a production G10 version in a heartbeat though.
