I lost my Murray Carter!!!!

That is the greatest news!

Also, not surprising. A lot of knives slide down seats. I lost a British Army knife, the all-steel with marlinespike. A couple of years later, my ex returned it to me, after pulling up the couch cushions to vacuum under them.

I FOUND MY KNIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! :-) I was cleaning my car and found it wedged between the center counsel and the belt buckle. It just was staring at me. I am so happy I feel like crying. Thanks to everyone who was concerned with my dilema.

Congratulations, go ahead and cry it out. :D You're lucky you didn't sit on it point up. That would have been a funny visit to the ER. :p

Excellent! I really did feel for you; when you have a special knife (not always expensive; I lost my first SAK, that my mum and dad bought me) and loose it, it can be really painful.

Glad you two are reunited bro.

atb, Joh

I found a easy solution to the console seat gap in my car with a black interior. A piece of dark grey foam pipe insulation cut to length and stuffed in place. The seat will still adjust and I find I now have a lot more change that no longer slips down into the "black hole" under the front seat.
