I love it when I watch my vacuum suck up all the leather dust from finishing the edges of 14 sheaths at the 2x72

In the words of Hannibal Smith.
"I love it when a plan comes together!"

You beat me to it!

I love it when I show one of my knives made in Washington state to a fellow customer at a BnB in Arkansas and they order it from Florida.

I love it when I find a knife blade that I had been working on a while back and I'd put quite a bit of time and effort into up to the point of having it heat treated but somehow I was dissatisfied with it and didn't like how it was going but then I take a second look at it and think to myself this isn't too bad really I might as well put some handles on it and see what I think of it then. So then I go out to the shop and slap any old handle material that I have laying around on it for handles and it turns out to be one of my favorite knives I've ever made!

I love it when a person finds out you make knives and asks to see one. When you show them a stunning knife you made they are most impressed and intrigued how you got your name on it.

I love it when after I finish the knife and the sheath, I can get all the drawings and put them in the garbage or burn them. And it's time to start a new one :)

Also I love it when I put oil on a wooden handle.

And I love it when I sanded the edge of the leather sheath and I just need to polish it.

I love when I sink in the oil the last knife of a large batch on a 35C/95F spring day...!
