I need a critique........

I like the boar design but the distorted text looks a bit tacky (imho). The text shape also makes the logo resemble the new Chuddy Bear logo a bit too much.

How about something simpler, the same boar but just BUSSE COMBAT written underneath, same font but horizontal. I like the nuclear hazard symbol in the O, but keep it the same size as a regular O so that it doesn't spoil the lines of the text. You can also drop the outline circle on the nuclear symbol, just have the three-bladed design with the dot in the centre.

The boar design that is common in my images is quite a bit older than Chuddy Bears design, but I can understand the similarities since I made them both. As to the text, it is always changing in some degree for me, but the distortion will always be an integral part of the illustration. As far as the radioactive sign, I totally agree on it's incarnation within the text. Thanks for the input.:thumbup:

Some of these designs are extremely gaudy and far too busy as I view them again. It is far easier to see these things as you folks comment and I keep posting. In the end I hope to have a few strong designs to get Jerry to let us print. Some simple and some of the more colorful and active designs.

Here are a couple more simpler designs with minor changes. Please keep adding comments, my skin is pretty thick, so I can take the constructive critcism. I think of this as more of a group effort.

I like this one a lot. It has a classic look to it. Love the Infi dimples.:thumbup:
I think this would look great on a black shirt.

Tan and Olive shirts color but I like the word Infi instead of knives.

Maybe this is what goes on the sleeves?

This one, on a black or dark grey background, would be ideal for a sticker or patch. It would make an awesome challenge coin side as well.

Isn't it about time for Skunk to come through with those?

SHMS, SHBA, SJ, SH1, SHSHII, BBSHSH, SHBM etc...


Second one would be "Busse Evolution"
One could go crazy deciding what to include on this shirt.
A variant of this theme could be "SteelHeart Evolution" and a whole series could be spawned from this.

One of my favorite ideas is for the "Busse Mutant" shirt. I believe "Mutant" was the original term Jerry used for his "Variant" before it evolved into "Variant".
Think of this shirt....

Profiles of:
Silent knight, Shark,Urgent Fury, BARF, and the list goes on.

I agree, although it would be quite an undertaking to redraw all the blade designs. I've don a few, but very many of them and I would need quite a bit of time.

Jerry has them all done in autocad. If I had Autocad drawings (or anyother format) I could have it done pretty quick.

Ditto! I just don't see Boss Hog cutting loose with CADs of his designs. But, I sure wouldn't complain if he saw fit to kick down for this.
