I need a good small pocket knife with a bottle opener.

Don't forget that if the contents of the bottle are under pressure you can sabre the end of the bottle off like with a bottle of champagne.

Is it just me, or did the glass fracture leaving an angled sharp edge on that bottle? Not so good if you are drinking from the bottle.

I guess it depends on what kind of knife you want to carry. One of the SAKs with a bottle opener would work. Personally, I carry a BM/NRA 12750 mini Steigerwalt. At about 3.5", lock-back 2 5/8" 440C blade, a 2.25" AUS-8 modified Spey blade, & a bottle opener, it's pretty handy.

A beer bottle can be easily opened with a Bic lighter, there is no reason knife couldn't do the same.

i keep a buck metro on my keyring. the little blade works pretty good for small tasks. i guess the price has gone up a little since i got mine.

I have one of these (the Buck) and it seems to meet your specs to a T. Very small knife and a bottle opener. Like the latter poster asked, what do you need the knife for? What are your cutting tasks? Just about anything could be used to open a beer bottle. Check out that Buck or a Victorinox Cadet.

Carry any knife you want, but get married. Then use the wedding ring to open your beers! Seriously, SAKs were the first thing I thought of when I read your post. I carry one every day to the office. On weekends I take out my nicer stuff.

The neck of the bottle should always break clean on a proper saber opening. Anything that is opened in this manner is always poured into a glass.
