You can certainly spend more money if you want, yet won't always get a better knife. :D

Bark River Bravo 1 in 3v. I have one in A2 and I love it. If you want to show it off, get it with an exotic handle material.

Go with something made of Adamantium or the like. It'll be expensive, and the wait times are ridiculous, (anywhere from 20 to 200 years, or possibly never,) but if you want a knife that'll cut through anything, it'll be your best bet.

Delivery in time for your trip is going to be your biggest hurdle.

That being said if budget is not a concern and you need something impressive. I would go for a Randall Model 1-7 or 1-8. These can be had immediately and brand new on a certain auction site from one of the largest dealers in Randalls. Be prepared to drop $600-$700 but it will be worth it.

If that is to high on the budget I would look in the same area for a Bark River Bravo 2 or Bravo 1.

Um, shouldn't you be learnin' a bit on knives before you get to showing off?

I'm guessing you aren't up to speed yet. Knives / cutting tools are great but the knowledge behind their construction, design, and use is great too. Better to be at a certain level of knowledge / proficiency first, eh?
BUT hey, go for it. Have fun i'm not here to be a killjoy.

Beat me to it. You win.

Oh I've heard wonders of the Miracle Blade series...

In all seriousness though, if your timeline works out, Busse is the way to go.

Get a Cold Steel Espada XL. That'll impress your friends (and probably scare the crap out of them)

Try one of these ;)

You might want to get one that's made of Superior Japanese Steel®, which is folded over a million times to remove all impurities, so you can cut anything, even Mt. Fuji, which the Japanese don't do because it would be rude.

Just get a Kershaw Skyline or something and bring a field strop.
