Does anybody know a phone number to contact someone at USPS,I just received a package that had been damaged in shipping and some of the contents are missing,they taped it back up and put a note on it that they are sorry,but I need what is missing from that box.I've been on their phone support line for 1/2 an hour trying to get a hold of a person,when I finally did,she hung up on me after I told her what I needed.

Go to your phone book and call your local office directly. Do not call the 1-800 number as that will direct you to the office you were speaking to before. If your local office can't help you try calling the local office of the origin of shipping.
Yea,the Post Master at the local office said she didn't have a number to call.She can be a PITA sometimes.I did finally get through again,they took the info,gave me a confirmation number and said somebody will call,we'll see.Thanks,Ken
