You probably have enough advice, but if I were you, I'd sell the DF and either buy it back later or save up and buy a different chopper...the BM's are way fun.

Now that I have been rethinking my knife configuration I find my self wondering if a medium sized blade might not be the flavor of the day. Like a Steel Heart or Ratweiler. Hmmmmm.

I used to have an SH-E. I really didn't get to use it much though. I think the SH-E or NO-E are just about perfect in size. Those are probably the only chunks of INFI I'd think about trading the BATAC SE for. They are all sweet. And all have their strong points.
