It could be difficult to fix it on jig , guard is problem but maybe i can do that .But I wouldn't do that . Tapering 5mm M2 is not so easy with hand .If I make a mistake somewhere.... NM i will leave it as it is , i will make other one with tapered tang . In the meantime, I made new, different molds. With the last one, I threw away too much carbon and new one are more simple to make

Did i mentioned that i will make marble carbon fiber pins ? :)
Well here they are , first marble carbon and carbon/kevlar pins .I make them 4.5mm and 8 mm just to see if this would work .And it works , I push them out of syringe with refrigerator compressor , they fly out like bullets I still can t find one of them 🤣
This is first run, I will make lot of them this days .........

here they are ..............beautiful but picture can t show that .Of course used as pin that don t matter that much but any way I make them !

Good job! Carbon junkie 😂 I wonder what people think walking in your shop full of siringes loaded with a black compound and oozing epoxy 😂

Telling them the true, they would probably think you are mad - oh, don't worry about that, I am just making custom carbon pins for knives. 😁

Not people walking in my shop , at the pharmacy, they asked me if I might have started using drugs 🤣 Some years ago in pharmacy I asked for urinary catheter................the young lady which worked in the pharmacy asked me if I'm not too young for that 🤣 And I needed the rubber bands from that catheter to make a slingshot for throwing baits while carp fishing .......... try to explain that to her :mad:

I decide to finish this one first .Integral knife with integral scales . No pins on this one , what do you think ? That way scale would look like integral part of knife , right ?
Blank is already in mold , carbon knots are ready and tomorrow would be 40 Celsius in shade , perfect 🤣
