Recommendation? I need to get to da chopper!

If I was to buy a dedicated "chopper" knife; more chop then my Magnum Camp (not a true chopper by any means, but just a big handy hearty knife), but still more knife then my $20 Tramontina, then the KaBar Combat Bowie or Moses, ESEE junglas, and the BRK Bravo 2 or 3 or the 1909, would probably all be at the top of my list today all things, (incl. finances), considered...

(Thanks, now I think I might need a chopper)

That’s a good list. And, yes, clearly you need a choppa.

:) Cold Steel Gurkha Kukri and/or Trailmaster Bowie .

My Trailmaster actually got carried and used much more . Easier to carry and more versatile overall .:thumbsup::thumbsup:

has anyone tried the CRKT Liong Mah machete? it's 1075 with a 12" blade... price seems around $80 (which is a little high considering 1075 machetes are often $10-20) The handle & ergonomics I hope make up for the difference, the next time I'm at my local knife store I hope they have one I could handle.
