I only have a few knives, and I'm happy. Am I crazy?

OP,

You're not crazy.

You own and use what you enjoy. There is nothing wrong with that!

I only own the following:

Buck Ranger Skinner #113 FB Knife

Buck Woodsman #102

Buck #119 Special

Buck Vanguard

2 Buck PakLite Skinner Knives

Ka-Bar #1211 Knife

Estwing Camp Axe

Sog Fasthawk

My top two favorites are the BUCK Ranger Skinner #113 which I carry in a fanny pack daily and the BUCK #119 Special which I open carry on a leather belt. I do not always carry the Buck #119 Special.

The Ka-Bar #1211 is on my bedside stand.

Buy and use what makes you happy!

I don't really know how many knives I own. My guess is somewhere between thirty and fifty. I funny thing is that I only have about six that normally get used. I have all of you to thank for that. As a member of Blade Forums, there has much that I have learned that has got me to the point that I feel that I could be satisfied with five or six blades.

With all the great blades manufactured today, the big question is what five or six are the right ones.

I have 3 knives, a Buck 110, Buck Spitfire, and a Vic Explorer Plus. I have become proficient in using them in spite of my strait jacket. As long as I don't cut up the rubber lining of my walls, I'm allowed to keep them.
By the way, you are crazy, just not as much as me.

I only notice the knife.
