I Only Wish That I Could Prepare You For What's Coming. . . . .

I need a stout INFI (stain resistant/bomb-proof) barbecue fork—well-balanced, with two long, strong, stabby tines and a Res-C handle.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Winter is coming, and no, I'm not prepared. It actually already showed up here. Blizzard beaten polar vortex ice pick axe?

Convexed?

Yes a boss, please!

Actually I am really hoping for SR-101 blades without coatings or pricy satin finishes. Neither one are conducive to a blade that gets used, at least IMO anyways.

BIG Finish was excellent, along with the new BIG DC and competition finish (thanks for bringing it back). I just wish bare steel wasn’t INFI exclusive.

I just don’t understand the anxiety over rust that seems endemic to the knife world. If you see rust, remove it, there are a number of easy ways that won’t ruin your knife.

I also totally understand that knives prone to rust tend to be considered ‘junk’. I suspect this may play a factor in why this is not possible, as it may negatively impact the brand.

BIG DC or Competition finish SR-101, por favor. Throw us a bone, if only just ONE! I mean if ESEE can make uncoated 1095, maybe Wauseon can too.

I’d like to see some models that only have coating beneath the handles.

We've been told it not a single model but an exciting change. With that in mind, Busse will proudly announce that they are the first in the industry to have their knives certified as : Organic, non-GMO, Gluten free, Vegan. Free of nuts, soy, egg, dairy. Suitable for all dietary restrictions. It's a monumental achievement.

I would love to see this. I love me some bare SR101. Patina and black canvas go together like gin and tonic.
