I've never met You, know we don't agree on politics and I still think you're a stand up guy. So there. :) :D

BTW Haze and Mr. Reeve are OK in my book too :thumbup:, even if we've never met and I've only done business with Mr. Reeve and haven't bought a darn thing from Haze yet. :D
 
Just to catch a few people on this thread up, the original thread was Why are so many Sebenzas for sale on the forum? The 'OP' in this thread responded with why he sold his. Didn't (and still hasn't) said anything bad about the knives, and the worst he said about Mr. Reeve was that he came across as condescending. I'm still not sure why so many people have jumped down his throat for that, he made an on-topic reply and made no attempt to talk others out of buying from Mr. Reeve, nor did he disparage Mr. Reeve's character.
 
WOW, I hope CRK makes a few of the members here mad still a few Sebenza's i'm looking for.:D
 
There is an old sociology research study that showed: 80% of the people in your life wont really care that much about you. 10% will have a good relationship with you and the other 10% wont like you no matter what you try.

Posting this on a public forum without stating the full story is a bit od. I can understand people having a bad experiences (as others have posted). There are many with the issue from Al-Mar to Zero-tolerance.

I love ESEE knives, many people have an issue with Jeff and Mike for their straight no BS attitude and some have gone so far as posting crap about them. If you dont like the people or the knives, then just dont by them. I had a issue with Mick Strider, until I talked to him personally. Sometimes giving people a second chance is a good thing.

Not posting the actually conversation is the reason this thread is what it is. If you didn't want to ppost the conversation then you should have never said anything at all.
 
By chance was the attitude he gave in response to questions or suggestions regarding changing or removing the Idaho Made stamp or your personal dislike of such?

This has kinda gotten out of hand. While my original thought has more than proven to be the case. Ckt has told the story to a couple of people in PM. I was fortunate enough to receive a copy myself. Anyone interested send me a PM with the subject line "I can't wait :)" and I will forward a copy to you :D It is well written and captures the emotion of the moment. You can almost feel the tears on your own cheeks.

Ctk I have apologized a couple of times in my previous posts if I have offended you as that most certainly was not my intent. Again I offer my most sincere apology and would even give you a hug if I could. Since I can't I am willing to overnight you a large size jar of Desitin for any irritation I may have caused you.

I meant no offense toward Ctk -just hope you keep a great knife despite any less than favorable communication between yourself and C.R.. I don't know the circumstances surrounding the issue.

Medic1210- I had no advice or commentary on the products. Again, I LIKE his knives. Our personalities did not mesh. That is all. I don't hate him or run around screaming anti-CRK remarks. My comment got blown out of the water by pro-CRK'ers. I don't like hearing about other people bashing things I like and payed good money for either.

It was moved here because a comment about Chris Reeve was way off-topic in the original post about why so many Sebenzas are up for sale. I felt this was the most appropriate forum for the "out-takes".

Too many of the responses here sound like Whine & Cheese, not proper in a manufacturer's forum. This thread is now closed.
