I think we should have a "show your collection" thread.

Hi Clutchcarter,

Nice collection. In the first shot, lower right-hand corner, what is that yellow knife with the blade and bottle opener that looks like a swell-end jack?

Tal

Man, there's some beauties in this thread! I just took pics of everything a couple weeks ago but no real group shots. I have one roll half full, a Queen portfolio case that is full, and a smaller version of ~P's tray o happiness that has all my Peanuts and a couple other tiny knives that sits on top of my dresser.

Next time I get in trouble for a package I'm gonna bring up this thread...not that it will make any difference :D

I'll have to take some updated pics soon. Here are some of the more complete ones..

Nice gecfan. I love how it looks like that norfolk is barely holding on. Those stag gecs are wonderful, is it burnt, natural? And I see you already got the 71, my appologies for assuming you did not. Very nice collection sir.

Yep, green micarta on that #53. It was originally a stained green tea dyed bone with jigging similar to the red wine #53 that I had rehandled. The 33s aren't exact twins... GEC made 35 of them with a pen secondary and 3 with a coping blade secondary. They are one of each. The #72 is actually Red American Elk. It was part of a factory test run of clip and wharncliffe 440c lockbacks where they tried to dye the elk stag. They had tons of problems and only ended up with enough for about half of the run. They vowed to never make that handle material again. This one is no longer in my collection. Nathan's been giving it the pocket time it deserves.

I believe that's Cam's version of a fisherman's knife, including the thingy that opens all sorts of bottles.... :D

Thanks AKC,I'm going to have to do a search for it.

ETA:After a quick search,I found it to be a Camillus "Fishermans Luck" knife model #5.Correct?

Well, guys! I´m speechless. Such a great number of real beauties out there. Great to see everyones pieces. Great thread!
