I thought a broken clip was warrantyed

LOL! I got no beef with ya, BS. Hell, even vinnier6 says you're a good person.

No offense taken, as I don't see any given... 15 years here on BFC and I've yet to come to irreconcilable differences with another knife knut.

Gonna start ordering all my knives without clips from now on... that should keep me and you in neutral corners from here on out, but prepare for enthusiastic disagreements just to be safe.

Hahahaha. This is too much! And I never did thank you for helping keep my spydies affordable!

I like the idea of paying the lowest cost possible for a quality product and if I screw it up because I'm an idiot that the company, for a modest fee, will fix what I screwed up. I don't want to pay more than what I should to fix YOUR screw up. Buying a knife shouldn't be like buying health insurance and it's a sad world when people in the probably rather conservative world of knives demand the same thing as Obamacare.

Get a grip. You guys are talking about a company who replaces at least 10 pocket clips a month. Who breaks 10 clips a month? Why should I pay for your stupidity because you keep breaking them? Why should I pay for your stupidity for dropping your knife out of your truck? Shouldn't that be on you alone? This seems like a completely foolish discussion. If a product fails because the company screwed up, it should be on them. If a product fails because I screwed up, it should be on me and not passed on to other customers who know how to intelligently use a tool. Next thing you know people will want to buy a chainsaw for 5,000 bucks because they warranty against cutting up vehicles with it. Why would you cut up a car with a chainsaw and why would I need to pay more for a chainsaw to cover you when you do?

Wow. Another guy reading between his own lines. I don't know that I've ever tried to make a simple point and had it go south this fast. Simply scroll back up the page, and show me exactly where I stated that dropping my knife out of my truck WASN'T on me and me alone. Then dig even deeper, and find where I thought ANYBODY should have paid me anything, or replaced anything for me.

My point was (listen real careful now):

And just keep listening. Because you ain't gonna get the point of what I'm saying anyways, bodog. You've already moved on to the chainsaw section of the store.

BenchCo Spydermade, you're welcome for the affordable price-point... it's one of the services I offer for free... Less demand by me = More supply for you = Win / Win. Just so we don't get accused of "manipulating the market", we'd best keep our little arrangement on the Down-Low. (DL my kids call it)

Oh, and who breaks 10 clips a month? You oughta come down to where I work. Roadway's littered with 'em.
