I want a 2nd CRK....which did everyone get after their first and why?

Easy choice. Large or small Carbon Fiber! The large is my hands down favorite EDC (every day carry).

I was so satisfied with my first(small pj 21) that my second was exactly the same but with the insingo blade shape.

Boring I know, but for me CRK always was about the classic/21 pattern.

My first and still my favorite was/is a DP umnumzaan lefty. Second was a inkosi. Third was a large 21 insingo. Fourth and fifth was Mnandi and large 21 box elder and raindrop Damascus all lefties. Sixth was a tanto large 21 righty had it for 10 hours and traded it for a UG large 21 righty. Seventh is set to be a 25 Wilson combat. All in 6 months. What's the 2nd one you ask. It's the starting point for a snowball down a steep hill my friend. Welcome to your new obsession.

Oooh I'd love to see a picture of that! Mnandi are hard to beat. I love love love all three of mine and plan to get many more.

I just took proud ownership of a brand new large sebenza 21 and I am very impressed with this knife so far. I would even like to add to the collection. I'm leaning towards a small inkosi for the 2nd. What did everyone pick for their 2nd CRK?

Small sebenza first then umnumzaan

First was a small 21 wood inlay. Second a large 21 CGG. Love them both. The large is my worker and the small is my classy/gentleman's carry. Id like to handle an inkosi or umnumzaan next.

First was a large pj drop point 21 Sebenza. It. Completely. Blew. Me. Away. Absolutely loved it. Carried it for many moons. Next up was a wood inlay small 21 Sebenza. It was almost to nice to carry until I got a few bumps and bruises on it. Then I sold the large pj 21 to a great friend at a great price and picked up a tanto Umnumzaan and a small pj Inkosi from Mike at Ye Old Cutlery (one great CRK dealer). I knew I'd love the Umnumzaan but I'm surprised how much I carry/use the small Inkosi. That lill sucker is always with me.
I was going to pick up a large micarta inlay 31 to cover the lose of the large 21. But based on how much I've been using the small Inkosi, I might pick up a Mnandi instead. I'll have to see what Mnandi's Mike has in the show case next time I'm in the area.

I got the small plain 21 Insingo as my first, then a large 21 drop point with micarta inlays. I love both of those, but then I got a Wilson Combat Umnumzaan- it's different than the Sebenza's, but an entirely excellent edc! I don't think you can go wrong with any of them! For my next CRK, I'm going to wait for the micarta 31 with Insingo blade. Just my 2 cents...

My first was a large 21 insingo and I still edc her. My second was a large 21 black micarta tanto, which I also still have. I needed to scratch the tanto itch. Not as useful as my insingo, but it is a beautiful knife.

My first was a small plain Sebenza insingo, sold it and bought a small Micarta Sebenza insingo. Lost small Micarta Sebenza insingo (stolen from my gym locker), bought a second small Micarta Sebenza insingo. Traded second small Micarta Sebenza insingo for Strider PT. Sold PT bought third small Micarta Sebenza insingo, sold third small Micarta Sebenza, bought a 3 inch XM-18 slicer. Sold XM-18 bought 4th small Micarta Sebenza insingo. Put knife in pocket and got rid of box. Just bought small starbenza insingo....the answer to your question is small starbenza insingo!
