I'll trade most any of a hundred or so knives to get a Regulator! So if you have a Scrap Yard Regulator, let me know what type (generally or specifically) of blade you would trade for, and i'll see if i can accomodate your wish. I'll make it worth your while - for example - i'll trade a Public Defender used only on cardboard for a Regulator. This is the tip of the iceberg.
