I would not have expected him to quite honestly. He didn't bother replying here. He will continue doing what he has done until he crosses the wrong person or until Paypal sees his name enough and just cancels any attempts for him to make an account. People like this usually have only one speed, and this is it. This is exactly why you use Paypal goods, if for no other reason than to protect YOURSELF.
