Idea: Becker Forum Scales

Do you like the idea of a special Becker forum scales?

ESEE scales would be a lot easier though, being flat. I realize it could still be done on Becker micarta too.

There is already a custom maker that you can find online doing just that, however here we are talking about a forum special and for that I don't think orange is a very good choice since many people including myself don't need or like safety orange on things.

I think a dark subdued color is the way to go for a becker forum scale.
 
OD Micarta with Ethan logo.

Or a black micarta with a withe becker logo(So it won't be too far from original Grivory)
 
Warrior, can you make a OD micarta handle with Uncle E. Beckerhead logo? Maybe both the normal size and the tweener size?
 
Just playing devil's advocate here, but do you guys think OD micarta might be a bit dark to see the logo on if it's simply burnt on? If there could be a brass or stainless medallion placed in it I think it would show up much nicer, or pick something a little brighter. I don't know, just my 2 cents.
 
I think it sounds like a good idea. I like the sound of something cooler than just a certain color (meaning, also having some sort of special marking).

G10? Grey Micarta? I'm not sure, but something along those lines.

No, I don't think it would be too dark at all. My rendering is way darker than it needs to be.
 
Maybe once we give it a few days and get some concept drawings done (thanks Warrior), and the mods can all weight in on the idea we can take the top 3-5 designs and have a thread for voting which should get made.

Not the best, but gives you the idea. The problem is, getting the middle screw hole to go between the "r" and the "h".

dont need the middle screw. I dont see whey they even have it. I would be content with those like in your drawing but with just 2 screws
