Idea Push, Basic Kukri

May the gods smile upon our plea, and provide us with the Basic Kukri.
We call to you repeatedly, with a fiery need for this INFI.
To hack and slash, to chop and bludgeon
Draft, trim, grind, and put it in the oven
Work the wonders of Wauseon. To us, bestow this gift upon
From our begging, we'll not refrain. Let our cries not be in vain!

When you take the Kaudi, and Harhari away from a Khukuri....You have a Kopis, essentially.

Or falcata?
Falcata have a massive heel on them (for blade silhouette this is pretty much what distinguishes them for either a khukuri or kopis). They usually have a lot of fuller work as well (a lot more then you tend to see on a kopis and of a different style then you will see on most khukuri). And that is because they are typically much thicker blades (assuming you put a Falcata and a Kopis of the same length, curvatures, and width side by side... It's likely the falcata will be significantly thicker). And the handles are of a fixed non-simplistic style (for the most part. especially if your talking about traditional). So you would have to add a lot of new features on after taking away what was expressed here to get it looking like a falcata. But a khukuri with just the features listed taken away, is pretty much a Kopis.

Honestly I'm not really onboard for any larger knives at the moment but if this comes out, it'll be part of the team, and used.

Kopis is a sword we want a smaller utility fighter style Khukuri. Not to big for multi day hikes or SHTF senario portable but powerful.

Jerry had the right idea with the parang
he was just drunk and made it curve
the wrong way. He'll get it right next time.
