This is hard because there are fewer car companies than knife companies. Analogies are imperfect by their very nature.
Randall Made Knives remind me of Packard cars. Very high quality, but older designs - classic to some, dated to others.
Tesla Motors remind me of Spyderco. Genius founder exercising strong control over company direction, very inventive, innovative product with high cool factor. Tends to be polarizing (love 'em or hate 'em).
Victorinox is a lot like Toyota. All their stuff is at least decent, but not overpriced. Reliable but not super fashionable. Good value.
Buck is like Ford or Chevy. Solid.
Benchmade is like Lincoln or Cadillac. More expensive and solid.
Fallkniven is staid design executed well, like Volvo. Because Sweden.
Citroën make beautiful and unique vehicles seldom seen here in USA. Similar to Laguiole knives. As Tom Magliozzi loved to say, "The French copy no one and no one copies the French."
That's all for now.

You don't say.....
Comparisons:
Spyderco -> Porsche
-Excellent engineering, undeniable performance, and a design quirk that is effective from a functional standpoint but ugly from an aesthetic standpoint (porsche looks like a derpy minivan from behind, but I am sure it's fast as %#^#; spyderco's spidey hole is better than a thumbstud, but neither are particularly good looking).
Benchmade -> BMW
-They just have their own style that just works well. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but does nothing wrong. Pretty solid.
CRKT -> Honda
-Their knives are not quite suited for hard use, but their action and mechanics are very reliable. You won't be able to tow that boat around with your civic, but you'll get great mileage. Their "Lexus" knives are quite cool too.
Cold Steel -> Ford
-Built tough, made from cold rolled steel. Sure to get you where you need to go
Not sure which knives would gain supercar status....maybe customs? No idea
