If Skyline and Leek cost the same which would you choose?

I have both. You cant go wrong either way but I would go with the Skyline if pressed to pick one.

leek. Hated my damascus skyline for some reason.

I hated my damascus skyline too, cheap damascus look.... but I hated the leek even more. go with the skyline, it's got utilitarian blade shape and it's good for almost any task

Skyline. However, I would choose a random leek as opposed to a Skyine or Regular Leek. I never liked wharncliffe blades myself.... I traded off all my Kershaws but they do make some good high quality affordable knives!

Love my rainbow Leek - primarily for the looks and WOW factor when someone sees it - but for all around use - Skyline.

I HATE, HATE the Leek. I tried to have it grow on me, it never did. Always reminded me of a knife someone over sharpened for years. I'd pick the skyline out of the two.

id say skyline but if you can pick up a blem CB leek go for that instead . . . until kershaw releases a CB skyline lol

Skyline here as well. The leek is a great little knife, but when you bust the AO the blade has no retention in the handle. Of course kershaws CS is awesome, and they will send you new springs all day everyday, it just doesn't mitigate the annoyance of that day.

never tried the skyline but I love my leek, still makes it's way into my edc rotation but I prefer to carry it more for dress up occasions or if I want a light knife while wearing gym shorts

I like my skyline a lot, and I tend to prefer manual knives over assisted opening
I tried my friend's leek, and I liked the blade shape and handle shape, but didn't like the weight or assisted opening.

So I would have to say skyline.

I have two Leeks, so you can guess what my answer is. I love the assisted opening.

Decisions, Decisions...

Skyline..

Leek..

Skyline..

Leek..

Skyline..

Leek..

Skyline..

Leek..

hmm, they're cheap, get both! :D

I think they actually do cost the same. I bought the Skyline for $35 and I see that Amazon has the Leek for the same. I prefer the Skyline, better blade shape and less parts to break. I don't like assisted opening.
