If I have to make due with junk, I've done so. Hell, if you find just the right rock, you can drive a fencing staple pretty well if you need to.

But I don't knowingly choose to take garbage out to fight equipment and the elements. If you choose to do so, I guess all I can say is, best of luck to you. You'll likely need it.
