If you could ask SOG to make a knife for you it would be....

Hunter Revolver minus the gut hook, S30V or BG42 steel and a Kydex sheath set up for a Tek-Lok.

Frank, what a great knife/sheath combo that would be, I agree 100% ! It would have to be S30V since SOG is no longer producing BG-42 :D

How about a drop point blade ? :D

Second Reply:

An X-Ray Vision and mini X-Ray Vision with a spear or drop point blade. Also, maybe make the handle so it doesn't taper in so thin at the bottom. I think this would be a great seller for SOG.

Vision handle, jetedge blade. G-10. I've been asking for this for 4 years..:D

I would suggest an aluminum handled SOG Trident. Not that I don't like the FRP handles, but there is something about the solid feel of Aluminum ...

i just ordered a flash one alloy handle and SOG's good assist tech (anybody have any experience with the assist) also order a blink another small knife. All my mod's are full size so I can't use then in public ie: cliping thread defendinding a latex bodybuilding sweetheart high bean on. So I'm going little folders...is SOG good stuff. Looks just enough off center to me.

bye for now. D

thought the arc was old tech...is axis better....and what about SOG going assist as soon as they can model by model....how is the SOG assist
???? Dee

Hello Rich, SOG assisted openers are some of the best out there.

I have had most of them at one time, or at least handled all of them for a long time. I like the Flash II best, wanted a Trident folder but backed out, plan to get the new TOPO Meridian soon (below).........:D

Arc lock is amazing.........Axis is great, but not better IMO.

Your gonna love them..........! :D

I would like a Seal Pup or Seal Pup Elite in a 6" length. I like the handle on the Pups more than the 2000 and like the Elite blade more than the Tech Bowie. However, I like the way the edge is more in line to the tang on the Tech then they have done on the Seal Lines. If they could make and end cap for the handle made of D2 or something instead of just zytel then the package would be complete.

Yup, drop point was what I was thinking....maybe even a blaze orange handle option to make it hard to lose in the woods! :)
