There are clear rules about NOT trolling. Your controbutions were very far from being helpful or within the line of the topic. You were looking to pick a fight, and I stopped it. Continue on in your thread located in the tech support section. Nothing was deleted, it was removed here aka moved to another section. Hooe this provides you with ample clarification.
 
It's surprising to see so many people picking the 0562cf. Looks like KAI has a winner there because I guess I'd pick that one too!

What I'd really like is a ZT styled after the 3" XM-18. 3" blade is so much friendlier for office carry. Sort of an 0562cf mini.

Out of the current production I'd like a 0392WC or 0452CF. Out of the past production, my grail a 0777 :thumbup:

This is a privately owned forum. Your freedom of speech is not protected here. The owners are free to run it how they wish. Now THAT is a great example of how our country works. You're free to move on, join a different forum, or start your own if you don't like it.

Free ZT? Though not current, probably 0392. I don't know, at this point in time I'm over ZT's altogether. Framelock after framelock after framelock (I have enough framelocks) with makeup and shiny shoes. Not my thing right now although I know I'm in the minority.
 
ZT0606CF. It's 1) a knife I want big time, and 2) it is going to be too expensive for my budget.

Perfect choice for a knife if offered a ZT for free.

0450. It's the only folder ZT makes other than the 0770 series that I'd be willing to carry. I'd have already bought one by now were it not for the fact that the 0770CF is perfect for me . . . AO, Elmax and all.

There is a version in M4 if your are interested, it's pretty awesome.
 
Thanks, RD. BladeHQ used to have one in M390 as well. Problem is, I rotate through my folders so frequently and use them so lightly that it will probably take years before I even need to get my Elmax version touched up. But I might pick up the M4 variant on general principles. And Derrick's a great guy to do business with. Supporting him would be fine with me. :thumbup:
 
I think the M4 version is the best looking out of the offerings in the 770 series. All it takes is a soaking in hydrogen peroxide, then some sanding with 600 grit wet/dry. I also used that to polish the high points as well as knock the DLC down to an impromptu black wash.

Well, at some point, you might decide to do something with a knife that you current have no time or desire to do. Or as you metnion, if you like that design, just adding another one to complete the collection for that variant is cool. :thumbup:

That looks seriously good. I'm curious to see what Hydrogen Peroxide will do to bare CPM-M4 now.

how does M4 compare to M390?

I have the M390 and think it's a great knife but after seeing what NJBillK did to his last week I started thinking "man that might look better than mine"
