This thread is purely for fun and not realistic so don't hate.

Just to get ya'll thinkin' today, if you could only live with one knife brand what would it be?

As for me, It would be impossible to choose between Buck or Spyderco.

With Buck you got your Granddaddy's knives, the classic 119 not to mention their traditionals.

With Spyderco you got their greatly engineered knives, and with all the new pics of upcoming blades, it'd be impossible not to stick with them!

Hope I made you guys think! :D

There's smoke coming out of my ears. Okay....emerson. No, zt. No, spyderco. Okay it's emerson. Maybe its Zt. Ill get back to you.

Would be Morakniv except they don't make a folder.

Since that's the case (you listening Mora?) I would have to say Victorinox.

As far as knives go a one hand Trekker NS could do most anything I need in the woods and their are hundreds of their pocketknives to choose from for salt carry.

SPYDERCO DELICA ZDP189 ~~ & a few other Spyderco Knives fall in line after that.!
Some can't read you're question very well & you will have to excuse them as they know know not what they do.!*

DDR. That is all.

As much as I love my Spydercos and Benchmades, if I could only pick one brand, it would probably be a Victorinox. That being said I don't want to think about life with only one brand of knife. :(

If there was some type of a knife world apocalypse, where the world was left to choose only one knife company to supply them with knives to fight off zombies as well as do food prep and the like ... it would have to be Spyderco as the variety in their product line is just so vast.

I want to say Benchmade but it might be Victorinox. Why must you torment us with such propositions, OP??

I like Spyderco better for numerous reasons, but I would honestly have to pick Cold Steel if you restricted me to a single manufacturer. Tough, affordable folders with good steel and cutting geometry, tough, affordable fixed blades with good steel and good cutting geometry.

If it was just fixed blades, or just folders, or even if I could pick a company for each my answer would be different, but CS makes at least something to fill all my cutting needs. Hard to find an axe or machete from Benchmade or Spyderco and I can't get a good, solid folder from Condor, Becker or ESEE.

Although, if you count everything under the Kabar umbrella, they would be a strong contender.

You said one brand, I choose Kai, since KAI owns, Kershaw & ZT I think I would be ok with that.
