Well, I've pared my collection down to seven knives and I'm trying to get rid of more, so I'd just take my whole collection. :p
 
I always have a razor-sharp, handmade puukko and my Leatherman Blast on my belt and a Boker escape knife in my pocket, so with them, I'd grab my

CRKT Bear Claw for its small size, comfortable handle and full tang,
San Jia fighting knife for sentimental value,
Benchmade Pika II, my only Benchmade and it kicks butt,
Handmade Bhojpure kukri for its usefulness and sentimental value,
Leatherman E302 for usefulness and sharp blade,
Marttiini Martef Skinner for sentimental value and quality,
United Cutlery Shoulder Dagger for possible self-defense,
Cold Steel Roach Belly for sharpness and replaceability. (Is that a word?)
