If you could only take one item on a wilderness adventure, what would it be?

Double-bitted full-sized axe or a boy's axe depending on the situation.

Although I guess it depends on the time of year and amount of time spent (I know it says 7 days). A knife or just a pot would be good as well.
 
I wonder if Greg Davenport is suddenly getting email notifications after all these years from this thread. :)
 
Camera! Everything else I can go without. It's only seven days after all...

Unless it's cold. Then I'd trade the camera for a sleeping bag. I can tolerate any sort of miserableness as long as I'm warm at night. :)
