Think the #1 - #13 & #18 would be the ones I could do without.! Had them in hand and just could not pull the trigger.!**

the BK4... sorry, Machax. kabar's current version is not ideal imho. change it.... keep it... 1/4 inch. square spines. clear coat. glory.

BK4 Magnum Camp... go back to origins again. done. good.

imho, let's see, all the "so called" military models, the 7, the 9? even the 10, and the "12" could be superfluous... though, in theory, negotiable

the BK17? trash it :D

the minis? keep'em. no big deal.

what we need is more :D

I've called the 7 the awkward middle child; but I still enjoy using it...and, honestly, I think that title might be better applied to the BK10 (for all the same reasons).
If I had to pick 3 Beckers for the chopping block, it would be the 10, the 17, and probably the 13.

I tend to agree.
 
I think I'd go with the 3, 7, and 13. I've never used a 3 and probably never will so I say this with some reservations. The 7 is an excellent combat knife but I don't think I will ever need one for that purpose so it can go. And last but certainly least is the diminutive 13. Too small to get a good grip on, not made of 1095cv and just not great at anything.
 
I had a feeling some people would say the 3. However, I think kabar sells tons of them to law enforcement of some sort. maybe EMTs and first responders. I keep mine in my car. After seeing what it did to this car I think its going to be great tool to have if I was ever in that situation.

Nope! I'm the same way lol i love my 17 (and every other one that has been called out, that one just seems too popular here)
 
If three have to go then the three that are actually going are the ones i would choose to go.
The only change... maybe...would be get rid of the BK11 instead of the BK5. I do actually own two BK11s but i've never warmed to the grip shape at all, i ended up modding the heck out of one of my BK11s. I like the BK11 blade though, that reminds me i need to buy a BK14,lol.

For no other reason than discount pricing, the BK3. For that matter the 2 and, though I fear lightening strikes to my keyboard, the 2;:eek:
ONLY FOR THE DISCOUNT PRICING.

I have a 3 and a 2 and would eagerly pick up a few extras if they underwent discontinued pricing as with the 4,5 and 15. The fact that the 5 and the 15 were/are two of my favorites in the line-up worked out great for me!:D

While I do not want to see any of them discontinued, other than for the special pricing ;) I just never got the itch for the 4 and the 17 just doesn't warm my heart as much as the wonderful 16 and my beloved 15.

The somewhere-in-the-middle BK7 may not get the respect it deserves from those of us that own more than one Becker knife - which is to say most of us here. For owning only one becker (can't imagine that):confused::eek: I can see the virtue of the 7.
 
just pulled up my wishlist. the bottom three are 14, 17, and 7.

BK24, Kabar FU, Kabar shorty.
 
My 4 was bought from Murph, my 5 was fisked by Fisk, and my 15 is Crystel Lite... glad I have those.

Discontinue the..... knifejunkie1928!
