What Syderco would you buy?

I have $70 sitting in my paypal account. I need another knife like I need a hole in the head, but my Spyderco selection is lacking. So I am looking for a 'must have' spyderco to add to the knife selection.

I like the feel of g-10, but I am open to FRN. Has to be a larger blade-3"+. Serrated, partial or plain, doesn't matter.

You can get an Endura for that amount if you go with the FRN handles and VG-10 blade.

Salt 1 its a kick butt knife and you can get it for like 60$! well worth it!
 
I have looked at the Endura. Not sold on it though.

I have looked at the salt series as well. The Tasman has jumped out at me. I like the yellow handle as well.
 
Depends on use and environment: Locking?

Utility, non-salty/rust-promoting env. = Endura or Delica or Native
Utility, saltwater/etc = Pacific Salt or Salt, etc (H-1)

So on so forth.
 
How about the Spyderco Pacific with H1 steel or the Endura in VG10 steel? If you want a little smaller the Native with S30V would also be a good choice and then you would have enough left over to get a LadyBug 3 :D:D GOOD LUCK! Kevin

I can understand why you might be a bit undersold on the Endura. However, I always think the Endura or Delica like this:
They are C10 and C11. Looking at the history online they were introduced 19 years ago and are still staples of the Spyderco line. A knife that stays popular that long, there is something about it.

Waved Delica! I loved my regular Delica, but this one is my new favorite. Or Endura, since that may be what you prefer. You may not be 100% sold on them, but as sticf mentioned, it's a knife Spyderco has spent a very long time making into a perfect EDC. It's not much to look at, but it's near perfectly designed.

For a little over your budget there is a NIB Caly 3 SE for sale in that section on this site ;)

for that.. get any Endura4.

for a little more, get a ZDP Endura, or the FRN Stretch coming out soon.
 
I just did a few days ago. My girlfriend bought me a knife for installing her blinds.
I found a Kiwi in the For Sale Section for $70. Keep an eye out on the For Sale Section and you'll find a great deal.

I say delica 4 CE, my fav edc besides my dodo..but of course that was a bit more than $70 :foot::(

Or If your patient and get lucky..I got my NIB orange ukpk for 69.99 and thats an awesome knife as well!! good luck, let us know what you decide
