If you had a key to the Busse Combat shop. . . . . .?

Jerry,
Since you asked!!!!

I'd like to see a Natural Outlaw with the old straight handle!!!
wink.gif

I'd also like to see a 3/16th Badger Attack with the old straight handle!!!
I love my Lean Mean Street!! So much that I have a second one on order!!!!
smile.gif

Take care,

Jerry,

I love my LMS and would like to see more of your line in the LEAN configuration.

I would also like to see more in the 3" to 5" range.

Jerry, don't think you have to worry about anybody doing anything to your beer except for laughing. I think you are one of the people in the US who likes Black label, and the only one I've seen admit it on a public forum.... LOL

Honestly, I have to vote with the straight-handled reprise. Both work. I understand the tooling issues, so whatever can be done will certainly be appreciated. Maybe one month a year is set aside for them, which would limit production, and fill needs (cravings, longings, hafta haves, jones', etc) we now have because of your product.

Last year at this time, I had no Busse, now I have 4 with 2 more on the way.

Hope all is going well with the folder. We can't wait.

Also, I think from some of the posts, the detractors can hear this, TAKE THE TEST! You have doubts, TAKE THE TEST!

Also, I've heard there may be a cool
"surprise" soon for us all. Care to drop any hints??

Take care, and keep up the good, no, great! work.

Like some others, a 3/16" straight-handle Badger Attack-with the option of a v ground edge, though.

The three things I would like to slip into the Busse custom shop would be the folder first. I would call it the Bat's wing. Then I would really like to see an INFI kukri and it's name should be called the hawk's talon. But what I really need is a 36" katana made of INFI steel triple zone heat-treated with a tradition style guard. The grind would be a full convex grind. The handle would be made of checked resprine C with a custom made sword-o-leer sheath. And the name I would give it is the "Thundercutter". Finally, Jerry are you doing any research on lightsabers cause I could use one, I misplaced mine. :-)

TOO MANY IDEAS......MUST CALM DOWN......CAN'T THINK STRAIGHT......BREATHE SLOWLY....BREATHE..SLOWLY.. CAlm down. Whew, that was close. So many knives and swords ideas flooded my mind that I almost went into a coma.
rolleyes.gif
The #1 thing would be a 28" double edge infi sword with a 10" handle and double talon guards. The handle would be quilted micarta with the blade would be bead blast. Call it the Busse Dragon.
biggrin.gif

Hallelujah WTF
biggrin.gif

Straight handles all the way...or at least the originals; SHII, Mean Streets, and Badger!
Of course, some special military/police repros would be cool as well
biggrin.gif

Oh, and the Bottle Mistress
biggrin.gif

#1 on my list would be the 9-10" bolo straight handle.I'd also like to see the whole straight handle line return so us new guys have a chance to get one without paying $400+ for it. I'd also like to see all the knives available in a satin finish.I've no idea why you'd want to stop producing the LMS.

A Mean Street blade with a Basic #3 handle.
A 2" Tanto blade with either a Basic #3 handle or a Police Recruit handle.

This will border on the ludicrous: An 8.5" Steel Heart Blade, full convex grind; now for the fun part, if INFI steel stock comes wide enough, take the normally flat tang, and roll it into a tube... weld it shut, knurl it like a barbell, put an O-ringed screw cap on it. Dont call it anything, just put the BUSSE COMBAT name on it, that's all matters anyway.

I would make myself a folder that the lock
would not fail on me!!!!!{see my post on the emerson knives forum} never thought about getting another pocketknife till that happened. I have heard a lot of talk about
a Busse folder are they coming out soon?

I would vote against bringing back the straight handles--at least until I double my money on my straight-handled Battle Mistress. Any one here with some spare cash?

Wow! I got four emails on my straight-BM within an hour of my post! Jerry, PLEASE don't bring back the straight-handled line, they are just too popular!
wink.gif
Please wait until I DOUBLE my money.
biggrin.gif
(Thought I would answer you all here about the price instead of emailing you individually.) BTW, I paid $350 for it and that includes a NICE green KYDEX sheath.
eek.gif
And the handle has tubes in it.

Seriously, guys, it would take a lot to entice such a wonderful piece away from me. And if I sold it, I'm sure I would regret it...unless Jerry starts making them again.
smile.gif
BTW, it's NIB and the only thing it has cut is hair on my arm.
eek.gif
wink.gif
But I have a powerful urge to chop something with it.
biggrin.gif
It's killing me to leave this thing in the drawer and once spring rolls around, I think I will be looking for some dragons to slay.

I'd like to see a Swamp Badger: with 5" INFI, 1/4 convex or v grind. Straight handled Micarta or Respirene. A litle blade belly for that badger might be OK, too. Tight Kydex, please. Jason

The Busse clan needs a dagger, Jerry. It would need no name, and it would sell like mad. If I had to call it something, probably call it Busse's Revelation...err, wait a dang minute, I got the keys to the shop, right?? Then I would name it Bruce's Revelation
biggrin.gif

Then, I would stick it in a Dundee rig, and get ready for war
smile.gif
Of course, I would also include with it a Busse Combat shirt, and dog tag...and I would make Prisco deliver it to my house, along with some fine cigars, and a bow, and he would have to give me several hundred hours of instruction. I am so easy
biggrin.gif

7" Spear point blade, straight handles, Micarta scales and very small guard.

Lanyard hole, good sheath and an option for a wire breaker notch on the pommel. Exposed full tang and INFI steel! No THAT I would carry!

I would like to see a knife that is a cross between you current modles and kurki's. With the extra bell and a more wight forward design the knife would be an unstoppable survival blade.

have gone over the design in my head hundreds of time and have even been tempted to try and make it myself but I probaly couldn't do it justice.

Given Infi's legendary ability as a chopper, how about an infi hatchet (it's been done already hasn't it?), or a 3/4 axe?

How about a basics 12, 16, oh heck maybe 18 or 20?
