if you hade 2 knives to have for the rest of your live which would you choose

I would say Koster Bushcraft and a Spyderco Para Millie provided I could have an hatchet also. If I could not have a hatchet probably a BK-9 and a Spyderco Manix.

Busse Fatty GW, FFBM.

You could whittle toothpicks, and chop down the trees to make them.

One fixed blade between 4 - 6 inches. Perhaps a Fallkniven, Bark River or Custom like Les George.

One folder...Large Classic Sebenza.

An everything-but-the-kitchen-sink Wenger that my Grandpa gave me before he died and a Vic Camper that my wife had for 15 years and gave to me on my birthday when we were broke.

I'd miss my khukruris, bolos and slip-joints but those two just have too much sentimental value.

Well since I do all the cooking, My wife still works and I am retired, The Shun Santuko and a Helle Harding. Gotta have a world class slicer if it's for life. However, I am keeping my hatchet.:D

A Bass Pro - Buck, CPM 154 Alpha Dorado and a Cabela's Alaska Guide, S30V Buck 110.

Both are well proven, tough and relatively easy to sharpen.

A original LM Wave (yeah I know it's got more than 1 blade but it is 1 multi-tool) and my F1 with firesteel. I reckon that will cover most contingencies I'm likely to come across.

I don't have these, but a leatherman wave in black, and a busse? I don't know, hasn't this tread been done already?

Since this IS NOT gonna' happen, I'll play along:D I guess I would go with folders, and with what I already have. The two I would keep would be my ZT0500 MUDD, and my Kershaw Tyrade.

the Gerber original YARI is my pick for fixed blade. The spyderco para milltary would have been my pick folder (I'v had one for years) untill I got the Lone Wolf/Harsey T2. Honest,I just love the way it fells in my hand...solid.
