If you see a pocket clip, do you stop the guy?

I find that the older crowd (40+) tend to carry more traditional knives that just flop inside their pocket like Bucks and SAKs. Its the 30s and under who I see carry the visible knives. But I don't ask people I don't know what they are carrying. Generally that results in a snarky retort

But its also why I don't really see deep carry/dark clip for concealment/low profile debate carrying any water. Those will always stick out and those who know what that clip is will know exactly that you are carrying a knife. Besides, I have yet to meet someone who actually cares that I'm carrying a knife (though it sounds ilke its on par with carrying a gun in some other non-american countries....BIN THAT KNIFE M8!!!!!)
 
Saw a patient with a pocket clip, recognized it and made some small talk. He was a construction worker and it was his general non work edc, a ripple.
