What would be an appropriate time to grieve? Seriously, a guy said he would take one and no word since. I waited two days then sent a visitor message. How long before telling the public it is still available? Bad thing is hundreds of people are looking as it quickly heads into the great abyss. Thanks for the input..........Randy

(FEEDBACK thread, not Tech Support.)

Two days and a VM? Put it back up for sale. Communications is the key to a good deal. He wants it, it's his responsibility to keep that communication alive. Sell it out from under him while you can.

Thank You Gentlemen and thanks Mr. Mod for sliding this to the appropriate slot. Selling online is something brand new to me, I've sold and traded hundreds of items at gun shows and with Reenactors, but always in person. Unfortunately our economy ( same amount of work but with less talent) prevents me from traveling to these shows this year. Of course I can't stop making them so my Lovely Bride says "you got this stuff laying around everywhere, crawl into at least the 20th century and sell online". Very impersonable way of trading but this is what's available at the moment. Thanks again for your time, I will probably be knocking on your door often.........Randy

Well...people die....that usually can't be avoided.;)

I'd ask to see a Certified Death Certificate before I took it as gospel that the person had died and not just moved on to something different.:D.

A long time ago I was deliquent on a Credit Card Bill. They called the house and my brother answered the phone. I told him to tell them I was dead. So he told them I was dead but would be back saturday.

I was being facetious when I said he died, I meant no word. I got word today, said he had e-mailed me 3 times and no response so keep it. I check mail several times a day and VM and PM's so I thanked him and said I would. Appreciate all the advice though......Randy

I gotta tell ya, this is one of the better threads we've had in a while.
I get a laugh out of it every time I check in on a new post.
The deal may have died but the thread lives on!

762 views, if everyone sent me a dollar, my spirits would be lifted about the loss of a sale, pass the hat for the distraught blacksmith..........Randy
