And that's another thing, if you wife holds veto power over your wallet...please ask her first before you post in my add you will take it.[/QUOTE]
Laughin' here...................
It surprises me, whether true or not or that anyone cares, that anybody would resort to using such an weak and BS excuse. It's offered as an excuse or justification due to either his perceived belief that all wives either must be cut from the same mold (ie: controlling and wears the pants in the house) or that as a male seller, you will just accept that 'line' as the truth OR knows you know it likely isn't true but it's the best he could do at the moment to cover his azz for having wants and desires larger than the contents of his wallet and rather than taking the prudent, adult, responsible approach, he gave into temptation..........unfortunately.
Again......not likely malicious by design, but still rather childish and disconcerting, especially if you're the seller.
Not a crime in this particular venue, but pretty irresponsible and immature given the expected finality of such a response........."I'll Take It". The exception being an immediate family emergency and such that those particular funds can be better used to help mitigate the emergent situation, but of course, that excuse is both likely quite safe from further inquery and perhaps abused more often than we'd like to believe. Even once, would be too much, in my book.
