I'm a failure...but I got a PM2!

That Skeletool CX is one cool looking rig . . . I wasn't aware of it.
That said I too am a failure ; couldn't even do one month with one knife.
and yes I have a Para 2. Who knows you could even start over with the Para 2 for a year.
Me ? . . . nah . . . I like kitchen knives and box knives and at least two or three pocket knives on me all the time. Knives I like when I am at home, knives I like in the after noon, knives I like in the morning.

As you can see I just love the variety of this hobby.

Yes if you are going to cheat , if you are going to go over the wall, if you are going to be a back door man . . . the Para 2 is a great one to do it with so to speak.

It'll be interesting to see how you like to have the clip. Tip up, down or off the knife entirely. I like no clip on this knife.

Oh . . . and which version did you get ?
I suppose I will have to wait for the photo shoot.

Pic is up! I'm a tip-up guy with all knives.

Biggest difference is pm3 more USEable.

For some.

I hardly glanced at the 3
the larger handle on the 2 is EXACLTLY what I am after size wise. Longer handles are more versatile. Long handle = more leverage and better control.

Good shot! I like it...well, both shots look good.

The pocket clip placement was a big deal for me on the PM3. On the PM2 it's next to the lanyard hole and it's underneath the lanyard hole on the PM3 making it stick pretty far out of pocket. Won't bother some people but it sure doesn't make it the most discrete carry. Great ergos still, IMO.

I guess it all depends on how you most often use a knife.
At work, the first inch of the blade from the tip is the most used part of mine. I make a lot of precise depth controlled cuts with the tip and the farther my hand is from the tip, the less control. The more weight/handle sticking out behind my hand when choked up on the tip, the less control. My thumb and pointer finger are more often somewhere on the blade during a cut, than not.

The pm2 tho, is a good compromise for some that like both a full handle for hammer grips, and a finger choil that allows a closer than normal grip to the tip with a 3.5" blade.

Pretty sure that's a fake. Because I've got the only digi camo PM2 that was made. [emoji16]

I know you're joking, but I dont think I get it....

Don't worry. We all knew this silly little experiment was a failure before it even began. We just didn't want to crush your hopes and dreams, and life aspirations. So we were good friends, punched you on the shoulder and said "go get em tiger". Maybe the forum failed you, maybe you failed yourself? We'll never know. But that's neith here nor there. The important part is that you realized your addiction, and you embraced it.

Come on. One knife for a year? Really.....what were you thinking.
