I'm bored, let's see some carry pics.

I snagged my brother for a little photo session, and we mocked up a Figure 8 or Infinity Harness out of para-cord, what MerCop sells as the MercHarness....

Now, these images show one set-up, but with a little imagination, I think you can see all the iterations...

One thing that stays essentially the same, and the heart of this method, is the cord crossing, or coming together into a knot or a bead across the back, just north of the shoulder blades.

Then, on the non-knife side, you can use a couple different methods, fix it to the belt with a clip (shown), tighten it with a cord-lock (like image, but imagine the clip is gone, and you just have loose ends coming out of the cord-lock), or the way I carry it, is a loop under the armpit.

Then, on the knife side, you can lace the cord through the holes and hollow rivets, or you can fix them like shown, or you could tie knots. I carry it like shown.

Very outstanding for all that contributed to my post, i say maybe make this a sticky thread? For this reason we got dedicated sticky threads for nothing but knife photos, but how about let me propose sticky section for knives being carried on the person?

For all the students out there! let me tell you all I'm finally done with my undergrad education! With all the studying and trying to balance books and bladeforums, now I can focus on bladeforums and ditch the books! After all it's been a long journey getting my bachelors and now I'm happy to say I did it! So time for some knife shopping. Also I hope to please be an inspiration for other students out there, once it's getting tough you'll be done in no time. I'm a C student and I'm finally done!
