But I have to wait until this months pay to have one to go with my bk2 and bk17 :( I'm also reconsidering the bk15 , I may just buy myself both of them for my birthday present :)

You should be drooling over a BK9. You can't not have one. Seriously, it's just something that you shouldn't do.

It makes a heck of a combo with the BK17. Your going to love it. I hope you get your hands on one soon.

In the mean time this should help. :p

Since you already have a 17, I'd put the money towards the 9 rather than the 15 at this moment.

I got one under the tree and agree with everyone, you NEED one and shouldn't not have one,I LOVE mine :D

Since getting my 16, I have my eye on a 9 as well. Lol. I see this sickness probably won't end there though. :)

Yeah well the 9 is a definite , the 15 will just be an optional extra :) thanks for the photos and effort guys

The King deserves his crown, you wont be disappointed! You may want to check out the 5 too, it's a fantastic blade.

I'll have a look at the bk5 , but I'm thinking of skipping the bk 15 and getting myself a bk 7 aswell as the bk9

Get the 7, its a great blade and IMO beats the 2 at everything really. If you like the 7 and 9 have a look at the BK-10, they'd make a great trio.

No hate but I just don't feel the love for the 5 and 15. I know the versatility is there but ehhh...Guess I'll probably sell them.

The 9 is awesome but then again so is the 4. They are the first ones i go for when i need a bigger blade. I have the 7 and the 5 and while they are great I tend to go either larger or smaller when grabbing a knife. The 9 & 4 are my goto big blades and the 16 is my goto small blade. That being said i do use all my beckers on a regular basis. Sonce you already got the tweener i would suggest you go with the 9 or the 4 next

My wife got me one for Christmas this year. Due to the weather, I haven't had a chance to play with it yet; but I am amazed at how light it feels in hand! Much more nimble than any other big chopper I've used in the past. It makes a perfect companion to my Tops Fieldcraft knife.
