Nasty?

('nother one of the truisms I formulated during early divorce: Fantasies are best fantasized.)

Trust me on this.

Come up with the greatest rip-offs consistently perpetrated on the comsumer in today's society, with a brief explanation.
The Lottery.
It's the biggest rip off going. And state governments do it to their own people. If a private business, ie. a casino, tried to introduce a game with such piss-poor odds, the government would shut them down in a heart beat.

You've got that right Bro..taxation without representation.

It's also legally preying on people's addiction by outlawing fair gaming like Vegas offers to force those addicts to either hit the local craps or numbers or play the state sponsored lottery.

And the profits..."...support the schools..."...yeah, right!

I wonder how many folks would be how much better off to declare all of the state lotteries null, void and illegal?
