I'm the Luckiest Person On the Porch

Bob, I have to admit it was very hard for me to somewhat string you along. We just felt this would be the best approach. When we first mentioned this Bob was ready to donate a knife and handle material. After conversation between Evan, Ron and Duncan it was Evan that laid out the best plan. Tell Bob that Evan was so busy this wouldn't happen for months down the road.

In actuality Evan is very busy but bumped this project up so Bob didn't have to wait. Thank you Evan your talent and kindness are remarkable. Now this Kiwi fella, the legendary Duncan hatched this plan and IMMEDIATELY Ron said I'm in!!! that's just how Ron is, ready to help at a moment's notice. I am honored to be part of this foursome to present this to one of the finest members this forum has seen and I have seen some wonderful members come and go in my time here.

I was blown away when Evan text me pictures of the finished project and I immediately felt this BEAUTIFUL knife fitting of Bob's kindness, generosity, knowledge and hands down the best avatar period:D

What a beautiful Barlow! Those handles are simply stunning. And, a wonderful testament to the friendship bonds that exist here. Well done by all!

Pure Beauty! Not just the knife but the friendship that start here, I wish I found this section of the forums and the traditional world a long time ago. I have made so many new friends here and can't wait to meet so many more.

Amazingly gorgeous knife that anyone should/would be proud to purchase and own, but for it to be GIFTED. Thats huge. Yet another reminder of how awesome this community is. Im gonna go back to staring at the pics you posted up now!

Just amazing Bob. And could not have been more deserving person to receive. Many of you guys have made lasting, meaningful friendships here and some in person as well. Such a great, gem of a place this is.
