Images Of Your Demko Knives & Discussion

John Demko got back to me. He missed the text yesterday afternoon.

Says it will definitely be back, but there is no current timetable as far as when.
Thank you. It’s decision time. I’ve got to decide if I want to jump on something that isn’t quite what I’m after right now, or wait and hope I can get exactly what I want later. . .

You're very welcome.

Been there...and know the feeling...

...There are no bad Demko knives, IMHO, and if you're willing to take the chance that you might have to sell at a loss if it's not your cup of tea, then the downside is known. Because even if the one you want becomes available, it might not easily be obtained.

Just depends on how much you want to add a new piece at the moment. (And I think there was a Shark-A-Tac up for grabs as well, depending upon whether you might negotiate a deal to your liking. One of our members said it was the best slicer of his Demkos.)

Can’t even begin to express how much I like this thing already. They are expensive yes, but worth every penny. Just shot straight to the top of my rotation. And the finger grooves fit my hand like a glove. The scales are smooth yet grippy at the same time. I do t know how they do it with no hot spots to speak of. This thing is a functional work of art. BTW, what I have noticed on the 2 ‘seconds’ I have gotten is that they are ground and finished perfectly…. The extended pommel ‘striking area’ is flush with the handle, where my other 2 extend slightly.
good eye....I still hadn't figured out what the 2nd part was due to. ill check mine tonight and see if they match up to yours.....
