Images Of Your Demko Knives & General Discussion

I have an early hand scribed CruWear AD20 with a special hand ground swedge that was added to a small amount of knives for Blade Show table displays. It's marked with "CW" and barely readable. It's wearing OG smooth Ti but I still have the original wine red G10 scales that it came with!

Beautiful swedge. It should be done on most of their knives. Adds a lot to the overall look. I wonder how difficult it would be to put on a swedge with a wicked edge sharpener?

It is beautiful! I haven't seen Demko do anything like this swedge other that the hand full they did for the 2022 Blade Show. There have been other swedges but not this style.

decided to grab one of the grivory ones.....not gonna lie pricey and I feel bit high, bit i do like it. Just picked up at post office. I do dislike the signed deliveries. major pain for me, but is what it is......on to the knife...... lighter weight than I expected. gonna make a good lighter but still decent sized folder.

Tried some OG aluminum scales and just wasn't happy with the thickness or the feel of them. Not their fault just personal preference. So after some deliberation just decided to go for it and reprofile them. It's been a while since I ground an Anso pattern and was playing with some different things with these so they aren't perfect but I like the size a lot better and 70% happy with the texturing. These are just painted and the paint is going to wear but I'm ok with that. I also realized after painting that I didn't get that one pin hole ground all the way through. I have some skiff bearings coming for this so when they arrive and I disassemble I'll fix and repaint.

Really like how skinny these are with this blade profile and thickness. Almost feels like a large g10 20.5.

I have wanted an AD-15 MG for years, and stumbled across a really good deal on one with a DLC blade so I grabbed it. What a knife!!

One of my big Blade Show regrets is not picking one up several years ago. I stood and spoke with both Andrew and his son for a while on Sunday as things were closing down and just didn't have the money at the time. It's just such a cool and unique lock design.

For sure! I chatted with Andrew at the Nashville show a couple of years back and played with the AD-10Ms. I couldn’t afford one of those at that time either, they were north of 2k if I recall. The whole Demko shop is full of knowledgeable and friendly people.

I don't know. It looks like you'd have to own and wear slacks...

☺️

(Okay, it is pretty cool looking.)
Yeah, I can see your point there. They will make a version that is plain Ti if that helps, lol. I’m sure some will hate it and some will love it. I’m definitely going to give it a try even though I don’t wear slacks but I do own a few pairs for special occasions. 🤣🤣🤣
