In a Mass Knife Fight to the Death Between Every American President, Who Would Win?

James K. Polk. Hands down. He was just a mean SOB.

Interesting choices some of yall made, but Dick Nixon? The same Dick that polished Bebe Rebozo's sword,I don't think so.

Tradewater,Guyon, good answers, good answers,i'm gonna keep my eye on yall.

After much consideration and a little Google fu, I've reconsidered. I think Lincoln wins it all due to the fact that Jackson only weighed 140lbs. The man was a twig. A mean, tough little twig but a scrawny little twig just the same.
And I'll give you two reasons Obama probably would make it a little further than most seem to think.
1. He would have Lincoln on his side.
&
2. Most of the other presidents wouldn't believe he was really a president and therefore would not know that he was part of the fight. :D

Now why would he have Lincoln on his side?

Let's be a little serious, when it comes to actual survival... human beings are capable of doing some seriously messed up shit. To add to it, it's always the one you least suspect that pulls out all the stops. An opportunistic strike and any of the big names are out of it, shifting the odds completely out of whack.

Roosevelt also survived an assassination attempt in Milwaukee in 1912. He was shot with a .38 caliber revolver and read the rest of his speech with the bullet lodged in him. He never had the bullet removed. True badass.

He would also get a large part of the credit for rescuing his son and the expedition on his exploration of the Amazon after he left office. He never fully recovered from the brutal experience and would die 6 months after his return.

I'm telling you, just give George W a BK9 and tell him his oil is in jeopardy! You will have one killing machine on your hands! :livid:

William Henry Harrison would have stood in the cold rain explaining the rules of the contest so long he would get sick and die before it even started...

There was a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Cavalry Reserve 1937-42, who was often celebrated as the regiments "greatest swordsman", we know him now as President Ronald Reagan. However, Washington recieved the most training, apparently starting at the age of ten and continuing throughout his life, often having personal fencing masters accompany him on his campaigns to relieve the tedium. He would found the Virginia Fencibles, a fencing club, and was reputedly the best swordsman in Virginia.

Seriously? Most are leaning teddy? I love Teddy, but over Washington or Jackson? He went to Cuba, and hunted, not the same as waging a war man.

Lincoln was a great speaker by all accounts, but what did he do that would set him up for this? I chopped down a tangerine tree in my back yard, I don't think I'd want to go blade to blade with Jackson.

I say

Jackson
Grant Washington tie

I can't believe nobody is discussing the upgrades they'd all make to their Beckers!? (I'm sure in the real fight at least one of them would be carrying a Wheeler, probably Teddy, he had good taste)

There's some serious underestimating going on in this thread. Andrew Jackson is a hard ass man.

My first thought when i read the thread title was Jackson - he grew up on the frontier and learned to fight at a very early age. The Seminole Indians in Florida nicknamed Jackson "Long Knife" because of his omnipresent sword.

My favorite Jackson anecdote is related to his assassination attempt in 1835. The assassin's gun misfired - and Jackson attacked the man with his cane, beating the cr@p out of him and subduing him.

Obviously, it would be Jackson, followed by Teddy, then Washington.
