In the absence of a Busse Kin folder, what do you guys pack for a pocket knife?

I own about 15 various folders. A couple Sebenza's, a microtech, Bradley Cutlery Alias II, and 10 or so Benchmades. I am not counting all the garbage Kershaws and Gerbers that friends and family have given me over the years. With that said, I am considering a Strider SNG. Do any of my fellow hogs pack around a Strider? I've never even held one, but they look pretty tough. What's their warranty and such?

Thanks ya piggies and Happy New Year. BRING ON THE NMFSH!

I'm not a folder guy :( so I just use the knife on my multitool, a Leatherman Charge.

HAPPY NEW YEARNMFSH!

I carry an ZT350WW and it has done everything I want. I have carried quite a few others, but I won't ever be paying anything over $200 again for a folding knife.

Striders warranty is top notch. Pretty much you break it they fix it.
As long as there are no modifications done to the knife.

Rat Trap, ZT0550, BM710, XM-24 & 18 3", 'benzas (NICA Lg. Tanto & small classic) are the ones in carry rotation.

I have a Strider PT in my rotation, and it is a great knife. My favorite, however, is my Yuna EQ-1:

Yun did a great job on this for me, and I use it almost daily.

Not really into folders, but the Leatherman in my guitar fixit kit is the closest thing I have that I use on a regular basis. As far as an everyday 'pocket knife' goes, my Swamprat Rodent Solution or Busse Custom Game Warden are the ones that regularly make an appearance.

For oudoors my go-to is a Doug Ritter orange RSK MK1. Basically a Benchmade Griptilian with a better blade profile. EDC favorite is a Benchmade 940 Osbourne rev tanto. Light and fast! Got 'em used under $100 each. No complaints.

LionSteel SR1, and occasionally Rat Trap. Also carry a Bladetech Mouse I really like for a small knife.

Just have one folder with me, a Carrillo Tripwire 7...

Well in lue of ....

CR Sebenza . I think of it as the Glock of folders. Simple, sturdy and effective. And slim enough to easily hide while carrying. I used to own a bunch of them bug folding knives and just did not trust them to hold up. This knife I have no doubts about
.

Hinderer XM's... I carry the mid-tech XM-24 almost exclusively these days, but have several users in all three sizes (XM-24 4", XM-18 3" & 3.5")
Hinderer Firetac
Several folders from David Mosier
Kershaw/ZT 0551/0550
Small Sebenza 21
RJ Martin Havok
Lionsteel SR-1

azshaman, love that Yuna! ...Gots to get me one from him, and yours is good lookin'! :)

Never owned a Strider...but there is some newer model I've seen pix of recently that I like more than the others. It doesn't really look like the typical Strider. Mebbe someday I'll take a chance on it.

Yeah what kinda gun you carry?

Usually a Spyderco Caly 3 CF at work, Para 2 at home (also the blue M390 at the moment). Sometimes a Emerson mini Commander or CQC-8 or a Spyderco Military for a change of pace. Looking forward to the ZT 0561 that's supposed to ship later this month.
